Mellotronics Streetlytron Pro offers a genuine Mellotronics experience for iPhone and iPad users. Developed in collaboration with Streetly Electronics, the original inventors of the mellotron, Streetlytron includes an extensive collection of 90 tapes, with 65 sourced from Streetly's renowned Production Masters. These are the exact tapes found in their premium $8,000 M4000 unit. Additionally, the sample sets feature the popular 'Caitlin Downie Soprano' and 'Clare Lindley Violin' collections, enhancing the range of choral and string textures available for your music projects.

You can play Streetlytron Pro using the on-screen 3-octave keyboard or connect an external MIDI controller. It exposes all internal controls to MIDI, allowing seamless performance and recording without needing to interact directly with your device. The app features a beautiful, smooth reverb unit that creates expansive sound spaces, along with 8 programmable preset slots for instant performance setups. Its versatility makes it ideal for producing classic psychedelic, vintage progressive, modern chamber pop, or avant-garde dance sounds.

Streetlytron Pro supports Virtual MIDI, AudioBus, and Inter-App Audio functionalities. With a one-time purchase, users can access all voices directly from the original Streetly Electronics Production Tape library. These unlooped 8-second samples offer a unique sample for each key within the 35-note range. The app provides flexibility with a 'LOOP' button to enable seamless looping for enhanced performance. Notably, certain voices like pianos, harpsichords, and staccato voices retain their natural decay tails without looping. The advanced cubic spline interpolator in the Streetlytron Pro Edition ensures premium sonic quality during pitch bending or retuning.

Streetlytron Pro boasts an extensive voice list that includes strings, vocal textures like choirs and soloists, brass instruments, woodwinds, keyboards, organs, mallet instruments, plucked strings, guitars, and two special vocal collections named Caitlin Downie Soprano and Clare Lindley Violin. Additionally, users enjoy bonus selections like Rhodes and Harp Arpeggios within this comprehensive application.
